Went to my son’s school (where the girl would be, the one that I cheated on my wife with) and it was smooth sailing! My wife was fine and I notice thoughts flowing like a river with no problem ! I felt grounded even with the racing thoughts. Spoke to my wife after and we were both really pleased with how we felt about the situation! Grateful for
