Guided Breath Practice 6: ABC Breath Sequence
Hello BREATHERS,
I hope the week has started off well for you all. This weeks practice provides a simple sequence that highlights the Ohm ABC’s - a core educational philosophy.
This will help you understand:
  1. How to train your breath
  2. The order in which to do so
As with anything else in life, we first need to practice the fundamentals and build a base of understanding before adding complexity or advancing a skill.
Breathing is no different.
With the ABC’s, you get a simplified framework for how to develop your breath as a skill. Prioritising (A) AWARENESS in the beginning, before building (B) resilience through your BIOCHEMISTRY, and finally (C) training your breath CAPACITY.
With this weeks practice, we are merely meeting the tip of the iceberg. There is much more to be learnt in relation to all 3 ABC’s :)

Once a week, with the Ohm Guided Practice
Multiple times a week (3 or more), when I need it.
Everyday. I have a routine that I complete.
Not often enough! I need to build a habit.
