I used to be the kid who never left his room gaming 12 hours a day, doomscrolling until my eyes hurt. i used to fake being sick just so i could skip school and sit in front of a monitor all day, completely isolated from the real world. The saddest part is looking back at my hometown in the south of france and seeing guys i grew up with still stuck in that exact same loop today. same room, same games, same cycle, years later. time is just passing them by. I know how deep that hole feels, but i also know you can climb out of it. I started this group because none of us were meant to spend our lives staring at pixels. there is a whole world out there, and your potential is way bigger than any screen. The objective here is simple: help each other break free from screen addiction, reclaim our time, and channel that energy into real habits, real growth, and a better life. Pic is of young me
