Day 4 is happening! As you can see our days go by no matter what. Time doesn't slow down or even recognize that we are being intentional with our movement, fuel with Protein as our anchor at each meal & Hydrating, breathing with intention to reduce stress, & staying consistent. But You....you see it. Your subconscious knows and in return your body thanks you. I would encourage you to keep a journal of the daily thought prompts and your movement.
