His name was Tyson, and if you've ever owned an English Bulldog, you know exactly why. He did whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. No apologies. Pure bully energy.🐂
But about 3 years ago, I noticed something that broke my me and my wife's heart...🥲
He'd barely touch his food. When he did eat, he'd have digestive issues for hours. His breathing (already rough because, well... bulldog) was getting worse. And the vet visits? Every other month for something new.
I kept switching foods. Tried every "premium" brand out there. Spent a fortune on medications.
Nothing changed.🤯
Then I started learning about REAL nutrition. Not what the bag said. Not what was "vet recommended." What bulldogs actually NEED.😱
Within 2 weeks of changing his diet, Tyson was eating like he actually enjoyed it. His breathing improved. The constant vet visits slowed down. He had more energy to be his stubborn, lovable self.
We had 2 more really good years together before pneumonia took him last year.🎯
I think about him every single day. And I'm so grateful I figured out the nutrition piece when I did, because those last couple years? He was HAPPY. Thriving. Being the boss he always was.😭 😭
That's why I'm so passionate about this stuff now. Because nutrition isn't just about "health." It's about giving them the best life possible while we have them.😍
If your dog is struggling with eating or constant health issues... don't wait. They deserve better. And so do you.😇
