Welcome!
Nurses, Caregivers, Teachers, Healthcare workers, and every practitioner in the wellness space does important work that can deplete them. My hope is that this space will be one that affords the members some support and tools to help them arrive and leave work calm and with a regulated nervous system. The in-between is where you give your all in the chaos of work. Before and After is when we can help create calm before/after the chaos. Arriving at work regulated is as important as having a definite transition period so that work stays at work. We will develop those abilities in this SKOOL group/space. First Course is ready
The first course has been uploaded. It is a brief video that you can use just as audio if you like, to help calm you before the chaos of a shift. Use it before your workday begins.
