When the fee is so good the notary thinks it’s a mistake 😂👇
We sent out an offer yesterday… and got this response:
“I mean, I wouldn’t mind that fee, but I don’t think that’s actually right. lol”
And honestly… we get it 😅
But here’s the context:
👉 Refinance
👉 8 properties involved
👉 Multiple packages = significantly more work
Not all signings are the same, and sometimes the fee reflects the complexity of the assignment.
Moral of the story:
Don’t assume it’s a typo… sometimes it’s just a REALLY solid order 👀
