This one caused a full re-sign š«£
A deed was completed and sent backā¦ But it got rejected
Reason?
ā The notary didnāt include the venue (State & County)
That small detail meant:
ā¢ā ā The document couldnāt be recorded
ā¢ā ā The signing had to be done again
ā¢ā ā Everyone involved had to go through the process twice
To make it more complicated, the signer is now in a different state (FL), so coordinating the re-sign isnāt as simple as before
All of thisā¦ for one missing line
Reminder:
The venue might feel like a small thing, but itās critical for recording.
