Sometimes we receive it like this:
👉 Signed ✔️
👉 But the text is NOT handwritten ❌
Even though it’s signed, that’s not enough
If no translator is needed, the signer must:
👉Handwrite the full statement (yes, word by word)
👉 Then sign.
Both steps matter
