USA Patriot Act form shows:
👉 2 forms of ID listed
But when we receive the file…
❌ Only 1 ID copy was sent
When we followed up, the notary said:
👉 “That was never requested”
But the instructions clearly stated:
“Please obtain copies of signers’ ID’s”
And if two IDs are listed on the form, we need copies of both
This is one of those details that can easily get missed, but then turns into back-and-forth later
