Hey friends 🫡 I’m looking for someone who could help me expand and manage both this community and Leaving Socials because Málaga has really absorbed me. There’s simply so much to do here that I don’t really feel or need to share everything. Still, the topic of time and how we distribute our attention feels more relevant than ever. Lately, for example, I’ve met women who told me they’d like to ask for a raise because they often work 8-10 hours a day. But there’s another often overlooked option, and that is not to increase your salary but to reduce your working hours so you have more time for yourself, your own projects, and things you enjoy. It’s like in the supermarket. To avoid upsetting customers with higher prices, they keep the same price but quietly reduce the content from 1 kg to 800g, hoping no one notices. So if you’re thinking about asking your boss for a raise, try using this marketer’s trick instead and reclaim the most valuable community we all have, your own time. Every boss knows that you already spend about two hours chatting in the kitchen, sitting in unnecessarily long meetings, and that due to fatigue and lack of time for self-recovery the team often doesn’t deliver 100% results. I’m convinced that most bosses are more likely to agree to reduce working hours than to increase your current salary.

More spontaneity 🪴
Hey friends ☀️ Regularity is a great thing but sometimes it can tie us down unnecessarily, especially when you live an active life. That’s why I’m canceling the weekly We are free ⛓️‍💥🐬🕊️ meetups, which (at least for me) felt like an obligation, and I’m switching to a new model where from time to time I’ll randomly kick off spontaneous gatherings, maybe from a beach, coworking space or café. If you have time here and now, join in. If not, no worries. Having a fixed time in the calendar doesn’t really make us Nonbusy.

Who’s joining today?
This message is mainly for newcomers. Every Monday at 11 CET we have an online gathering called We are free ⛓️‍💥🐬🕊️ where we chat about anything for example travel, hobbies, and our personal and work victories. And one technical tip for those who are new to Skool. The next upcoming community event from our collective calendar is always displayed in the feed. I marked it for you in the image below. Today I will share for example how I enjoyed the past week in Prague and what I will probably do as soon as I get to Málaga. Join if you are not busy.

Welcome to your journey of becoming Nonbusy
I’d like to welcome all new members to the group. Please share your personal stories so that other members have the chance to network with you and collaborate more quickly. You can also mention which communities you are working on and invite people from those circles. We don’t even forbid sharing external links to your work or professional activities. I trust that we are fair here and that we all come with intention, giving something to the group and also taking something from it. Just please always include at least one photo so the space feels more alive. Here I’ve filtered the intro posts of members who have already done so. Feel free to start building a connection with anyone who resonates with you. And since the group is not only free but also public, I also help extend your self-promo beyond these circles, for example by sharing it in my WhatsApp stories with my close contacts.

Kindness, Intellect, Simplicity, Silent
Hello my friend, welcome to the group 👋 I’m grateful that your journey through your online bubble and its algorithms led you here. It means you’ve truly lived through something and taken time to sort out your values welcome. My name is Jakub. I was born in the Czech Republic in 1989 so the media likes to label me as part of the Millennials. Thank you for your time and for the easygoing co-existence.
