About Me — Daniel Udofa
I’m a Community Operations Manager and Community-Led Growth Strategist with 6+ years of experience building, managing, and growing communities across fintech, Web3, AI, and technology.
My experience goes beyond managing chats and posting content. I’ve worked on community growth, engagement strategy, partnerships, events, social media, user feedback, KOL programs, ambassador programs, and community-led initiatives designed to turn members into active users and advocates.
At CoinW, I led community and social initiatives across Africa, managing community engagement, trading education, KOL campaigns, AMAs, community calls, ambassador activations, and offline events. I helped grow the Africa X community from approximately 8,000 to 17,700 followers, and organized large-scale community events.
I’m currently a Stripe Community Builder and the Founder of Builders Collective Africa, where I bring together developers, founders, creators, professionals, and technology enthusiasts through events, learning initiatives, and community programs. I’ve also organized technology and AI-focused events including Builders Connect and HeyGen Creators Connect.
I’m particularly interested in roles where community is connected to business growth, product adoption, user retention, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
