THE PULSE 〰️
Starting tomorrow, we’re launching a new weekly live session for our tribe. Every Sunday at 7 PM CET, we’ll go through our community feed and discuss the most interesting posts, ideas and conversations live. Then we’ll zoom out and look at what’s happening beyond our community. Interesting signals, people, projects, trends and developments worth paying attention to. Finally, we’ll go through the latest opportunities on Tapdust.com, our private community marketplace. The official part is 30 minutes, but we may stay longer depending on the mood. I’ll start even if nobody joins. Each session will be recorded and the folder for recordings is already available in Classroom → Industry Knowledge, so you can come back to any session whenever it suits you. The sessions are also already in our community calendar. Feel free to save them to your own calendars. The upcoming session is also shown in the feed, and when the time comes, you can join directly from the main feed with just a few clicks (see the third image). Joining live has one big advantage, though. You can bring your own signals to the table. Share what’s happening in your community, talk about a project you’re working on, highlight something interesting you’ve discovered, or simply ask our tribe for help. No slides. No prepared presentations. Just the things worth talking about right now. Community feed. Industry signals. Tapdust opportunities. See you in The Pulse.

About Me- Miriam Siale
Hi everyone👋🏾 I am Miriam Siale, a community & experience strategist. I design the systems, experiences, and feedback loops that turn first-time members into long-term, engaged ones. My background is in psychology, so I’m particularly interested in the behaviour behind community: why people join, what makes them stay, and what causes them to quietly drift away. I’ve worked with global remote teams, including Remote Year and Talmond, as well as Complete Farmer, a leading African agritech company. Across these experiences, I’ve worked with communities of 10,000+ members across 40+ countries, driven a 60% increase in engagement, and contributed to a €200K+ crowdfunding campaign. I am currently putting my community experience into practice with my own bakery, Loafed, where I am building a customer community and experimenting with retention, loyalty, member behaviour, and offline experiences. I am also exploring my next opportunity in community-led growth, retention, and engagement roles, particularly with teams where community is core to how the product or business grows. I am happy to be here to learn from other community professionals, share my experiences, and connect with people doing interesting work in this space. You can find me on LinkedIn here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/miriamsiale/

About Me — Daniel Udofa
I’m a Community Operations Manager and Community-Led Growth Strategist with 6+ years of experience building, managing, and growing communities across fintech, Web3, AI, and technology. My experience goes beyond managing chats and posting content. I’ve worked on community growth, engagement strategy, partnerships, events, social media, user feedback, KOL programs, ambassador programs, and community-led initiatives designed to turn members into active users and advocates. At CoinW, I led community and social initiatives across Africa, managing community engagement, trading education, KOL campaigns, AMAs, community calls, ambassador activations, and offline events. I helped grow the Africa X community from approximately 8,000 to 17,700 followers, and organized large-scale community events. I’m currently a Stripe Community Builder and the Founder of Builders Collective Africa, where I bring together developers, founders, creators, professionals, and technology enthusiasts through events, learning initiatives, and community programs. I’ve also organized technology and AI-focused events including Builders Connect and HeyGen Creators Connect. I’m particularly interested in roles where community is connected to business growth, product adoption, user retention, partnerships, and ecosystem development. If you're hiring for a Community Manager, Community Lead, Community Operations, Community Growth, Partnerships, or Developer/Tech Community role, I’d love to connect. 💰 Expected Compensation: $2000 and above (Depending on the complexity and level of responsibility of the position.) 📍 Open to remote and global opportunities. 🔗 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniel-udofa-865778149/

Is Community Underrated in 2026?
We talk a lot about AI, growth, automation, acquisition, and building great products. But are we paying enough attention to community? In 2026, products can be copied faster. Content can be generated in seconds. Features can be replicated. But relationships are much harder to copy. A strong community can help a business with: - User retention - Product feedback - Customer education - Advocacy and word-of-mouth growth - Support - Trust and loyalty Yet, some companies still treat community as an afterthought. They invest heavily in acquiring users, then spend very little thinking about what happens after people sign up. For me, community is becoming even more important—not less. As AI and automation continue to change how we work and communicate, genuine human connection may become one of the biggest competitive advantages a company can build. So I'm curious: Is community underrated in 2026? Or are we finally starting to take it seriously? Would love to hear your thoughts. 👇
