I have an award that needs an address modification, but I can't get a hold of anyone from the award letter. The award was given to me back in February, but it's not due until November. My address was updated a few weeks ago in SAMs and DIBBS, so I need it changed on the award letter. My inventory will be here mid-next month, and the shipping address with the vendor is my old address, since I need it to match the address on the award. I've already submitted a PAR request since June 7th, and I've sent out emails to the CO on the award and the solicitation. Once I get the updated award, I will change it with my vendor. Has anyone gone through this? I'm doing all that I can to make sure I'm covered by keeping a paper trail, so they can't say that I haven't been trying to reach out to them.
