I found a part # in DIBBS and plugged it into Trustedparts. The description of the item isn’t the same as the listed nomenclature but the part # is. How should I confirm this is the same item?

Does anybody have any good companies to perform the CMMC 2 requirements with reasonable prices?

I was awarded a contract for 111 lanyard pieces, each approximately 6 inches long, requiring ASTM-compliant packaging. In the photo below, the lanyard is shown in a 5" x 6" poly mil bag. My question is: is this bag size acceptable, or would a 3" x 8" or 3" x 7" bag be more appropriate to allow the lanyard to sit upright with less unused space? Note: I have the 5" X 6" already in stock, so I'm using what I have on hand.
