I came across a video on YouTube from Mendsourcing company where they demonstrated how to properly pack ASTM D3951 standard. While looking at the video, they stated that each intermediate container needs to have no more than 100 units or weight more than 40lbs. He placed 1 screw in each pouch (1 EA) and then placed 100 of those pouches in an intermediate container before placing it into the exterior shipping box.
I’m trying to find more information on this but I can’t find it anywhere in the DLA packing guide.
