Running Ebay Businesses from Thailand etc

We have recently been working on a business buying on Vinted and charity shops and selling on ebay here in the UK. We have been discussing how we could transfer this business abroad to somewhere like Thailand? Singapore appealed to us a lot but the enormous cost of rent etc isn't fun, I dont want to be panicking about rent prices if we move abroad.

It seems like all countries have very difficult visa situations if you actually want to stay long term in one country, except Thailand and Philippines. It's easy if you are truly digital nomad because you can just move around. We keep coming back to Thailand in our research.

I wondered if anyone could tell me what the postal / fedex situation is like in Thailand please from the major area like Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Krabi? If I were to start another Thai Ebay business would this fall under the job that could be done by a Thai person situation? It's a grey area I think because its not literally taking away a job from a Thai but it would involve some kind of physical activity within Thailand. Also where are good places to pick up cheap (not fake) stock in Thailand to resell online?

In light of the above we are considering living in Cornwall UK (one of the last bastions of the UK) permanently and continuing to run the business from there but taking 1 x 6 week trip a year to places like Thailand. At least for the time being. Over Christmas and January.
