Hi friends 👋 my name is Aileen, fellow mom, nurse, and creator of this space. If you're reading this you probably know what it's like to say "I'm fine" as your body (and patience) slowly circles the drain. This community was built for night shift nurse moms who are ready to: - Get REAL rest - Earn more without burning out or missing out - And feel like themselves again, both in their career and in their personal life Because here's the truth: nursing does not define you. You can be a night shifter AND a present mom AND still have energy for yourself. That's the bare minimum of what you deserve.
