Stuck for kit? Lets keep it simple
Grab something heavy and move it around. You dont need a fully kitted gym for a full body session
40 seconds work. 20 seconds rest for 5 rounds of all exercises.
Weve used a 20kg slamball here. Dont use a med ball for slams as you will end up with a broken face 🤷‍♂️
