Cheeky little fitness test for you We always need a benchmark to see where fitness and strength improve. Not only does it allow us to see improvement in the physical it gives a huge mental push when you see how much progession happens. This is a quick and easy way to check yourself - in camp ours lasts 60mins, has 10 exercises and we aim for 1000 reps!!!! Serious mental and physical attributes needed for that one The session should be........ 60 seconds max effort 10 seconds to transition to next exercise As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) Hold the plank until you loose form at the end and log time.
