Introduce yourself πŸ‘‹πŸ½
1. Set up your profile with a profile pic and short description of your interests so others can connect easier. 2. Introduce yourself and message someone in the group (i.e. hey, I saw you on the Skool group and that you're interested in ____". -Make a new friend. Say hi. Have a call, or meet for a coffee, music session, or workout πŸ’ͺ🏽 3. If you are travelling somewhere cool let others know-- maybe they'd like to go to, have a similar future goal, or can connect you with a friend in that area ✨ Many groups do not want you to share personal info or connect off platform-- this is not one of them. Do good for yourself. To others. Make new friends to experience life with. Introduce your friends to other friends. Build your greatness and make your memories-- together πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’“πŸ’« If someone has something in common-- build on commonality. If not, grow through curiosity. If you still disagree-- practice staying focused on you. Smile. Be kind. Move forward.

From the last time Devon Busted his nose & what I learned..
I thought I'd start with a funny video clip for the first fail blog post (I have 100s of these.. unfortunately... some better, some worse-- but almost all worth the lesson). What happened? I sparred a guy without communicating before how intense we should go. I started getting the best of him, felt technically better-- and instead of communicating when things started heating up (I had also just recovered from two other injuries..) I kept my mouth shut, got overonfident-- then zigged when I should've zagged... And after all this, this mother-effer (the Doctor) had the audacity to ask me if my nose was straight in the first place... lmao. Fail. Reminders going forward: - Competence builds confidence - Confidence is a super-power - Humility must always walk hand in hand with confidence - Don't drop your hands, stupid. Haha
