🗺️ Mental model of reality 🧠

A millionaire I met once at a skool IRL event here in Bali told me "The most sucessful people in this world are the ones that have the MOST accurate mental model of reality."

That line stuck with me...

It was exactly how I was thinking already at the time but I just hadn't seen results yet.

Sometimes is not just seeing reality with so much clarity...

Is also having the awareness to observe your emotions and thought and detach from them in order to not let them affect your actions and behaviour in a way that will be detrimental to your goal.

"Between stimuli and reponse there's a gap... in that gap lies absolute freedom."

Impulse control is truly one of the most powerful things we can ever develop for ourselves and meditation is crucial on that.
