I’m Facing the monster instead of hiding 🚀
The fear comes In so sneaky;
It’s Silently visiting me.
I simply feel avoidance
I get busy
I feel a freeze
today I noticed
I started the script
I posted something that was alive in me
And then I heard the critic.
Putting me down for what I didn’t do
I decided I GET TO DECIDE what we focus on
May I focus on being proud of what I DID do
May I celebrate taking some action
May I let it be easy
May I ask my soul to speak it for me
I choose to let my purpose pull me forward, instead of letting my fear shrink me into debilitating stories.
I’ll shift my state —
Steaming hot epsom bath
Breathe the fuck out of the fear
And back to the script I go, fresh and clear.
I choose to focus on that one person who needs to hear my story.
I choose to be proud of every tiny step I take towards it.
I choose to walk through the fire of old programming and rise the fuck up into my divine expression BEiNG SEEN on a level that feels socially illegal 💃🏽🔥👑
