Heart Opening Experience

I’ve had the most beautiful day with soul family 💫 my friend Ruth invited everyone out to her family farm, after chatting around the fire in the woods and deciding on an intention for our group meditation, which was to visualise all beings living harmoniously together, we left an offering to the trees and landvættir, and all got into a hammock each. Ruth guided us into a deep relaxed state and Hazel played her sacred instruments.

Lying held between the trees, I began to focus on our intention and began to see wispy threads of light flowing between and through everything around me and I did my best to send love out through my own thread.

I was then pulled back into my body when the sun disappeared, the only warmth as it was freezing cold, I still can’t feel my toes even though I had two pairs of socks on 😂 I peeped my eyes open and one of the horses was stood over me with her eyes closed, what was strange is I didn’t hear her approach me. I looked around the group and noticed all the horses from all corners the farm had gathered around us. It made me smile to think that they knew they were welcome to join and that they wanted to.

The horses stayed with us the rest of the time, we were one wild community, existing together around the fire in the woods.

The gorgeous horse guardian who stood with me in meditation is called Sophia, her heart centre was like the centre of gravity in the woods for me today, so powerful, so pure.

We are all threads of the same weaving.

This experience softened the distortion of separation even more for me.

Everything is connected in the tapestry that is life.
