When we come together and realize our oneness and the I am, fear melts away, it all melt away you are what remains. theirs a tornado warning going off and once It woke me out of a wonderful dream I begin to meditate I didn't let my nervous system get attacked as I have done before, my son ran out and I just told him it's okay and what will be will be whether we freak out or not does nothing but hurt us 💕 a year ago I would've shi myself lol I'm growing and learning I woke my daughter gently and we're all in the hallway till it's over 💕 but I wrote a song a while ago and have been singing it till my kids said "mooooom" now I'm singing it in my head 😂 will be putting it on here soon 💕 😂 sons at the window again being nosey I'm remaining calm for all it feels great honestly and it shows me truly how much I've grown
