Panic attack?
What Is panic attack? It is a feeling that you suddenly could not breathe and could not figure out what is going on. I woke up this morning feeling like that. I thought I had high frequency? I thought I lived on the new earth? Are these all illusion? Did I make the right decision to move on and leave my job? Can I make money with my skill and my spirituality ? What is my true belief? Why nothing feels real? There could be millions questions in your head keep revolving and keep hitting you hard. So what? They always come and go just like emotions. You will not feel like that forever!!!!! Change a state. Go out. Get into the nature. Walking barefoot. Breathe the air. Feel your body. Everything will be ok. Even it is not. It is still ok. Ommmmmmm

Every moment is eternal?
Heart based living. When you can feel soo much in your heart whether it is love or sadness or fear with so many amazing layers and depth, just like the ocean. What do you do with those? Do you eat it up? Sit on it? Watch it? Observe it? Breathe into it? How to deal with it? It could be very overwhelming. I totally get it ask am going through something like this right now while everyday I am saying goodbye to piece of my old life and I know I am moving on to a new timeline and the feeling is soo strong but also sooo unsettling as there is soo much unknown. This is the time to breathe and practice to live in the moment. Instead of finding something else to distract you how to feel. Just be here with your feelings and breathe. Long deep breathing into the heart space and the belly and keep breathing. Let the motion flow and move within your body. Let it dance. Let it flow. What is the worst thing can happen? Your body is not gonna explode. Just breathe. I am with you. Keep breathing and keep be in the moment and you will see how much breath can do to you. Just breathe!
