Who would you actually use the language with?
If you don't have a tutor, you still need someone to actually use the language with eventually. I've got friends I play ultimate with who speak Polish all the time. If I wanted to get better at Polish, I wouldn't need a tutor. I'd just need enough of a base to start talking to them.
Who's your version of that. The person or group you'd actually use once you've got enough words to try. Doesn't have to be someone fluent. Just someone real.
