Your First Hiit workout!!
Todays workout will take you through a full body cardio circuit.
Warm-up (5 min) – high knees, butt kicks, arm circles, torso twists, and leg swings.
Main set – perform each move for 45 sec on, 15 sec rest. Repeat the 6-exercise circuit 2- 6 times with 60 sec rest between rounds:
1. Jumping jacks
2. Bodyweight squats
3. Mountain climbers
4. Reverse lunges (alternating legs)
5. Burpees (step back if needed)
6. Plank hold
Cool-down & stretch (5 min) – hold each stretch ~30 sec
