Wins & Success Stories 🌟
We celebrate everything in here! Big wins, small wins, unexpected wins, and those tiny moments that might not seem like a big deal to anyone else but feel HUGE to you. 🥳 Natural Geniuses is about progress, not perfection, and sometimes the biggest win is simply seeing your child or a situation differently than you did before. I believe the more you celebrate, the more you will be given to celebrate! So let us celebrate you! Things that count as a win around here: ✅ More communication, whether through words, gestures, AAC, pointing, signing, or another way ✅ A new word, phrase, request, or way of expressing a need ✅ More spontaneous communication or initiation ✅ More back-and-forth interaction and engagement ✅ Increased connection with you or other family members ✅ More independence with everyday tasks ✅ Trying something new that they previously avoided ✅ Participating in an activity they normally resist ✅ A normally difficult transition going more smoothly ✅ You handled a challenging situation differently than you would have before ✅ Fewer, shorter, or less intense meltdowns ✅ Recovering more quickly after a difficult moment ✅ More flexibility when plans or routines change ✅ Increased cooperation without having to force or pressure ✅ You offered a meaningful choice and it completely changed the interaction ✅ You recognized what your child might have been communicating through their behavior ✅ You noticed a pattern or trigger you hadn’t seen before ✅ You paused and got curious instead of immediately reacting ✅ You found a way to turn a demand or power struggle into collaboration ✅ You found a new way to connect with your child ✅ Your child showed you they felt safe, heard, or understood ✅ Something you learned in class actually WORKED in real life 🙌 ✅ Your child tried something they normally resist ✅ You found a new way to connect with your child ✅ Your child showed you they felt safe, heard, or understood ✅ You caught yourself telling a “story” about a behavior and went back to the facts

Welcome to Q&A - Bring Us Your Questions! 💭
This is your space to ask questions, bring us the situations you’re navigating at home, and get support applying what you’re learning in Natural Geniuses to real life. No question is too small, and you never need to worry about asking the “wrong” question. Chances are, another parent is wondering the exact same thing! Here’s how to get the most out of this space: 1. Give us some context. Tell us your child’s age, what’s happening before, during, and after the behavior or situation, what you’ve already tried, and anything else you think might be relevant. The more context you share, the better we can understand the full picture. 2. Tell us what you’re struggling with. Is there a behavior you don’t understand? A routine that consistently turns into a battle? Something from class you’re not sure how to apply? Bring it here! 3. Ask one main question per post whenever possible so we can keep the conversations focused and make the answers easier for other parents to find later. 4. Search before posting. Someone may have already asked a similar question, and you might find an incredibly helpful conversation waiting for you. 5. Come with curiosity, not judgment. This is a space for learning, experimenting, asking questions, and looking beneath the surface of behavior to better understand what our children may be communicating. Bring us the messy, confusing, real-life moments. Dodi and I want to help you take what you’re learning in class and figure out what it can look like in your own family. Drop your first question below! 👇

Welcome to Natural Geniuses! 🌟
We’re so happy you’re here! Natural Geniuses is about learning to see our children differently, understand the “why” behind behavior, build deeper connection, and discover compassionate strategies that actually work to build new skills and increase independence for our children and families. And one of the best parts? You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s get to know each other! Introduce yourself below and tell us: 👋 Your name and where you’re from 🧩 A little about your child and their age 💭 What brought you to Natural Geniuses 🌱 Something that currently feels challenging in your day-to-day life that you're hoping Natural Geniuses can help with ✨ One thing you hope to learn, change, or experience during this course Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. Then take a few minutes to read through some of the other introductions and say hello! You may find another parent navigating the exact same challenges, someone whose child reminds you of yours, or even another family who lives nearby. This community is meant to be a place where we can learn together, ask questions without judgment, celebrate progress, share what’s working, and support one another along the way. There is so much wisdom in this room already, and we can’t wait to see the connections that grow here. 🌟 Introduce yourself below! 👇
