Ive had so many conversations about the patches today, so many people needing help, which i know the patches will help with. BUT
its important to remember you also need to be well hydrated and have good magnesium levels, eat healthy and avoid a sugar hit as your first meal of the day.
Excercise often, fresh air is extremley good for your mental health too.
