Which wellness myth have you tried the hardest to make work?
For a while I was convinced the 27-step morning routine was the answer. Meditate, walk, set intentions, warm lemon water, freshly pressed juice... all before 8am. It looked so good on Instagram. In real life, I lasted about four days before I wanted to throw my phone into the sun.
