@Jessica Fish I hear you! And i'msorry to hear you're only get about 5 hours now, but that's so much better than just 1 or 2. I spent 6 months sleeping just 1 or 2 hours a night and it turned out I had hyperthyroidism (Graves). Sleep is so important, sometimes you just have to do what you have to do to get to sleep. Longer-term, though... have you been working with a functional or integrative medical practitioner?
