What do you do when a pet, partner, or kiddos disrupt your sleep? It's (usually) easier to keep a pet out of the bedroom than a partner, but if you face snoring, different sleep schedules, early-rising little ones, pets jumping, barking, or meowing.... how do you deal? @Jessica Fish Those are all great suggestions. You know, once you get an animal into a routine, they can often get used to it - like toddlers, they like a routine. My cousin and her hubs sleep in separate bedrooms. Research shows that women sleep better alone, and men sleep better with their partner in the bed!

Yes, teens and tweens love to get going at 9 or 10pm! That would be the only time my son would talk - 10pm, when I'm nodding off!
