New e-Book ๐Ÿ“–
Happy Monday everyone! I've just uploaded a new e-book in the Unlockable e-Books classroom module ๐Ÿ’› Like a lot of you, I was the first person in my circle to actually try to start a business. Not "have a job," start a business. Which sounds great until you realise it means you've got zero support when it comes to the stuff nobody teaches you... like financials ๐Ÿ˜… It took me YEARS to figure out my pricing was wrong. Years. And if I'm being honest, I didn't have a business. I had a really expensive hobby that I was very committed to. Eventually I hit a fork in the road: make this actually work, or go get a job. So I did what any dramatic small business owner does... I threw myself into courses and books trying to understand the financial side of things properly. How to actually charge to be profitable, not just busy. And then I ran into problem number two: I wasn't confident enough to charge what I was worth, even once I knew the numbers. That took its own kind of work. Mindset stuff. Learning to actually believe I deserved to be paid properly for what I do. So that's what this e-book is. Everything I wish someone had handed me back then... the concepts, the mindset shifts, the "here's why this matters" conversations that got me from expensive hobby to actual business owner. Go check it out in the classroom ๐Ÿซถ

LETโ€™S TALK PRICING ๐Ÿ’ธ
The conversation about how much we charge for our services is buzzing again, and I really do love this topic! So letโ€™s see: how long have you been doing nails for and how much do you currently charge? ๐Ÿ’…
Do you include your rent in your service prices?
If youโ€™re a home-based nail tech, do you include your home rent (or a portion of) in your service prices? ๐Ÿก
