Looking for a partner
I wanted to share an idea with you that could help both of us grow professionally. I’m a full-stack developer with 7 years of experience building production-level web apps (React, Next.js, Node, TypeScript, etc.). I’m confident in my technical skills, but I often face challenges getting hired—mainly due to timezone and language barriers when dealing directly with international clients. That gave me an idea: what if we partner together? You’d use your profile and communication skills to talk to clients, pitch projects, or apply for jobs. I’d handle the development work in the background. you stay in full control, and we just split the work and profit fairly. It’s like having a silent tech partner who delivers results while you manage the client side. If this sounds interesting, I’d love to talk more about how it could work. Thanks for considering!

Shifting ahead of the market
What did you mastermind today? I just left a powerful event with some of the top real estate agents in NJ and here are some the topics we talked about: 1) DAILY market research. 2) Flywheels are a great resource to identify what really matters to your organization. 3) How to build trust from the first conversation. 4) How are we shifting ahead of the market.
DO WHAT YOU CAN'T
What would you do if you were not afraid? This is a KICK ASS video from Casey Neistat that shows you exactly how YOU can do what you THINK you can't. What are you going to take action on this week that you have been postponing for a long time?
WARTIME CEO
The market is changing RAPIDLY.... and most people I have been having conversations with are having a hard time closing the gap between their original goal that they set in the beginning of the year VS their current projections. Here's a few questions I would like to challenge you with -----> 1) How would your business look like if you spent 80% of your time lead generating? 2) Who do you need on your team to help you focused on what matters most? 3) What are you saying YES to, that is disabling you from achieving your best year yet? 4) HOW AGGRESSIVE do you need to be to close the gap? and what actions would you take to do so? ONWARD!
