This is 1:1 coaching built for producing agents who are:

- Using technology + AI to leverage time, systems, and people
- Ready for high-level accountability
- Willing to do the work, commit to the plan, and stay consistent
Program Format
- 30-minute 1:1 sessions
- 4 sessions per month (weekly rhythm)
- Focus on: lead generation cadence, team growth strategy, systems + automation, standards, numbers, and execution
