60 Posts in 60 minutes! 20 images, 20 GIF's, and 20 REELS!

Hey everyone, in today's class, I’m excited to dive into Canva and show you how to create a 60 asset Instagram engine. We’ll be using a combination of ChatGPT and Canva to build out content, aiming for you to complete 20, 40, or even 60 pieces of content by the end of the session. I want everyone to log into Canva and follow along as we create templates for social media posts, focusing on consistent branding and scheduling. Prompt 1: I would like you to build out a spreadsheet. In the first column, it's going to be quote. I would like you to insert 20 different inspirational quotes that are either empowering, motivational, or real estate and business related. I want each quote to be between 13-20 words. this will go in a social media post to get engagement on instagram

Prompt 2: Provide the top 20 real estate related hashtags to gain maximum exposure to my social media. Put this in such a way that I can easily copy and paste into my posts about all of these 20 quotes.

Prompt 3: Operate as a real estate marketing director, create a series of 5 cartoon images of me, Kevin. I want to be at 5 different landmarks in Galveston TX. This should be cartoon in form and be funny and endearing. put each image in a different file

Prompt 4: I want you to generate a spreadsheet with 20 different fun facts about this property. Use information directly from the MLS data I'm pasting, as well as information you research around the surrounding neighborhood and community.

Prompt 5: Act as if you were a real estate marketing genius in the city of Houston. I want you to create a spreadsheet. In column one, I want you to put a thought-provoking question around home ownership in the city of Houston. In the next six columns, I want you to put a one- to four-word response to that question. In the next column, I want you to pose a question to the reader that falls in line with the first question. And on the last column, give them a reason to give me a call today to learn more.
