Two Cool Mac Tools
Here are two tools that I use daily on my Mac to keep me max productive.
- Yoink - Simple little tool that disappears from view when you don't need it. What it does is offer you a place to drop files when you need to move them around on your Mac or is you use an automation you can drop scanned PDFs there automatically (or anythbing else, that's just an example). It sits on the screen with your files (mine's positioned at the lower right) and then you can move them on to their final destination and it disappears again until you need it. Helps you keep your computer desktop tidy, just like you should keep your physical desktop tidy. Super useful and elegant tool.
- CleanShot - This is the ultimate screenshot tool for your Mac. I know, I know, you're thinking why the hell do I need a screenshot tool. Well CleanShot allows you to do things like get a scrolling screenshot so you can screenshot an entire webpage for example or document if you need to. It also has annotation tools and can sync to the cloud so you can access your screenshots wherever you need them. Super useful little utility that makes life simpler.
Tools like these just make me smile! 😀
