Any recommendations on how to find these if we don’t have family or friends who can help out?

I just got approved for 3 credit cards, im thinking of doing a credit transfer to another credit card, is that a smart thing to do and if I do that should i or can I pay the balance back with the credit card I transferred it to? Or what should I do to make my credit grow. Im rebuilding my credit again.
