Happy Sunday 😎 At the end of last year / beginning of this year, we had two big posts (here & here) and exercises around goal setting. The goal was never for you to copy/paste anything, but to build your own version so you have something real to work with. Yesterday we had our first Accountability Call of 2026. If you couldn’t make it, please watch the recording whenever you can so you understand the exercise and how to use it for yourself.
Here’s why this matters: Most people set goals… and then life hits, schedules change, motivation goes down, and suddenly it’s March and they’re “starting over.” or just never doing it anymore. That’s why a checkpoint is so powerful. It’s you stopping for a couple hours (this weekend or next) to ask:
﹥What’s working?
﹥What’s not working?
﹥What needs to be adjusted?
﹥What do I need to recommit to?
This is how you stay in the long game that we've been talking about. And the biggest reminder of all: Accountability is for YOU. Not for me, not for the community, not for a coach. It’s to hold yourself accountable, because you’re the one who will live with the results of what you do (or don’t do) this year.
To make it easier, I’m attaching two examples of how I revised key areas in my own life. You can follow the same format or make it your own. I wrote quick feedback after each item and marked it ✅ if done, ⚠️ if it needs work, or if I need to readjust and re-plan.
Don’t do this for me. Do it for yourself. I genuinely can’t wait to get to December and celebrate wins we planned back in January. In the meantime, let's continue celebrating small checkpoints, monthly wins, weekly wins, daily wins (confidence builders)... Consistency proves what’s possible. We can do ANYTHING we want when we stay aligned and accountable.
Question: How do you feel about your goals so far?
Have a great Sunday and let’s have a strong week 💪🏽🙏🏽😎
