Momentum D7: Momentum Sprint Completed! ✅
Here's what the data told me: Five likes across six posts. No DMs. No viral moment. Honestly, now, I see it as useful information, not data that says, I should quit. I know the content is strong. The mechanism is clear. The niche is sensible, needed. This week showed me that my current LinkedIn network doesn't yet contain enough of my ideal client. They may be there, however, they may be lurking as I just started this deep dive into LinkedIn. I think it is a reach problem and reach is solvable. Patterns I noticed: The nervous system frame and the PAUSE both pulled more than the broader relationship content. Specificity wins every time. One number worth noting: 44 impressions on the Authority Post in a network that doesn't yet contain enough of my ideal client. The content is being seen. Week 2 is about making sure more of the right people are in the room when it does. Biggest surprise: How much compression matters. Taking 25 years of clinical work and distilling it into a single sentence or paragraph is harder than writing a full article or meeting with people in a therapeutic setting. My Week 2 focus: Grow the right audience through deliberate daily engagement with strategic accounts, while posting three times a week. Authority and Story post variations are already built. The content playbook is clear. Momentum comes from iteration, not perfection.
