Day 7: Ken Hyra's brand is launched
My biggest aha this week: the sprint didn't hand me a business. It handed me a mirror.
I came in with 25 years of clinical work, a full framework (I thought), and a Skool community kind of running since January 2026.
What the MVB sprint did was expose what actually matters.... a single origin story, a one-line profile, and the real fear my ideal client carries but rarely says out loud.
That fear, the one I hear underneath almost every intake conversation, with my private clients, actually surfaced during the sprint and I haven't stopped thinking about it since:
'What if I change and it still isn't enough?
That's not resistance. That's the wound, and it told me exactly where my content needs to go next.
My weekly rhythm going forward:
  • Monday: A real moment from inside my work: What I'm noticing, what's shifting
  • Wednesday: A framework, tool, or micro-resource from the Cothera™ Method and The Relationship Reset Lab
  • Friday: A lesson, win, or honest observation
For the next 30 days:
I will build authority around nervous system regulation in relationships for the high-achieving entrepreneur who is ready to do the work and quietly wondering if it will be enough.
