Monday Madness
Good evening everyone. Let’s take the opportunity here to introduce yourself, who you are, what you do, what’s your goals as far as the world of muscle building is concerned. The only way a community grows Is by the members of that community to engage one another. I know it’s a bit late. So, I’ll drop a short bio tomorrow morning to get this going. But please, feel free to kick it off 💪🏽💪🏽

It’s the Weekend!!
Monday blues
Good morning, Muscle-OLGY family! Let's use this thread to talk about what successes — and what "failures" — we might have had this weekend. Did you hit all your training sessions? Did you set any PRs? Did you fall off the wagon and completely destroy your meal plan? Or did it all come together just as planned! Let's use this thread to check in on the weekend. What were your wins and what were your "failures"? Did you hit all your training sessions? Set any PRs? Fall off the wagon with your meal plan? Or did everything come together just like it should have? And as everyone knows, today is International Chest Day, so who is training upper body today, and who is going to go against the grain and crush a full leg day workout on a Monday? #Heresy
