That's a wrap!
Woohoo! ❤️‍🔥 I just gave an action-packed 30-minute presentation called Will My Deck Sell? and honestly… it was SO much fun. Thank you to all of you who were there and have already joined this community! We explored how to validate your card deck idea on Amazon before spending money on manufacturing. Inside the session we talked about: ✨ How Amazon search behavior gives us clues about demand ✨ What buyers are actually looking for ✨ Why some decks stand out and others disappear ✨ How to study competing listings strategically ✨ The importance of clarity, positioning, and click through potential ✨ Why “beautiful” alone does not guarantee sales One of the biggest takeaways: Amazon is not just a marketplace. It’s a giant emotional search engine. That changes everything. I also walked through real examples live. Thank you to everyone who joined live, asked questions, and explored ideas together with me. I loved the energy in the room. The replay and slide deck will be available soon! ❤️‍🔥 https://www.skool.com/oracle/about?ref=c3e777594643429ab7511fdf2a445587 What kind of deck are you dreaming about creating right now? BTW - The desk picture attached is my behind-the-scenes peek. I always stand when I give presentations!

Will My Deck Sell on Amazon?
Sometimes the most beautiful products never sell. And sometimes the simplest idea quietly becomes the one buyers cannot stop clicking on. That’s why today’s live session is not about “manifesting” a successful deck. It’s about validating your idea before you spend thousands on manufacturing, inventory, packaging, and ads. Today at 12 PM EST, I’m teaching a live 30 minute session: “Will Your Deck Sell?” We’ll walk through: • How to research Oracle deck demand on Amazon • What Amazon data can and cannot tell us • Why some decks thrive while others disappear • The difference between Amazon traffic and creator audience traffic • A simple 5-step validation process before manufacturing I also created this infographic to help simplify the process visually. Beautiful design matters. But market clarity matters too. If you already have a deck idea, bring it. If you are still brainstorming, come anyway. This session may save you a lot of money and help you make smarter decisions before production. See you live at 12 EST. 30 minutes. Calm, practical, and beginner-friendly. https://www.skool.com/oracle/about?ref=c3e777594643429ab7511fdf2a445587
Will My Deck Sell on Amazon?
AI-Powered Listing Optimization
I’m excited to dive into the AI-Powered Listing Optimization process by Amy Wees at Amazing at Home https://www.amazingathome.com with a VIP client @Charli Fels today. One thing I’m realizing quickly... Amazon listing optimization is changing fast with AI in the mix. This workshop and listing optimization processes are not just about keywords anymore. It’s about understanding buyer psychology, visual storytelling, and how tools like Rufus (renamed Alexa) + ChatGPT + Claude can work together to create listings that actually convert. Today we’ll cover: • How to use Amazon’s Rufus AI to uncover real customer insights, competitor patterns, and category trends • How to pair Rufus with ChatGPT or Claude to optimize listings more strategically • The exact order of questions to ask Rufus so you get useful answers instead of surface-level fluff • How to organize all of those insights into a system you can actually use • Why the visual story should come first: gallery images → A+ content → listing copy • The “two conversation trick” for creating AI-rendered listing images • And finally, how to add SEO without destroying readability or conversions Honestly, this is one of the biggest shifts I’ve seen in Amazon selling since I started learning the platform deeply. The sellers who learn how to guide AI well will have a huge advantage. I’ll share what stands out most as we go through it.

Amazon’s new inventory rule changes everything for physical product sellers
Excess inventory fees starting at 6 months instead of 12? That is a massive shift for Amazon Sellers with Inventory! The days of blindly ordering huge amounts of inventory and hoping it works out later are fading fast. Honestly, I think this will separate casual sellers from real operators. Because now? You actually have to understand your business and how much stock you can move within what time frame. Your images matter. Your conversion rate matters. Your PPC matters. Your pricing matters. Your sell-through rate matters. Your cash flow matters. Momentum matters. I’ve learned this the hard way over the last year and a half, selling journals and planners through Amazon FBA. Inventory can feel exciting when you order it. But six months later, if it is not moving fast enough, it becomes stress sitting on a shelf. And yet... strangely enough... I feel more hopeful than discouraged. Why? Because this forces us to become sharper. More intentional. More data-driven. More creative. The sellers willing to: • learn advertising • improve listings • test images • study keywords • manage inventory carefully • pivot quickly ...are going to have a huge advantage moving forward. Amazon is no longer rewarding “set it and forget it.” It is rewarding sellers who pay attention. And honestly? That might be a really good thing. Keep going, you've got this!

Amazon sellers, this is the shift to pay attention to...
Amazon is no longer just a search bar and product grid. With Alexa for Shopping replacing Rufus, Amazon is moving toward conversational, personalized, AI guided shopping. That means your listing is not just being read by buyers anymore. It is being read, summarized, compared, and judged by AI. The big lesson? Generic listings are going to struggle. Clear listings will win. Your title, bullets, images, reviews, Q&A, pricing history, and outside presence now matter even more because Alexa can pull from all of it. This is not the time for fake sales, vague benefits, or “pretty but unclear” product pages. This is the time to make your product painfully clear: Who is it for? What problem does it solve? When would someone use it? Why choose this one over the others? Amazon is becoming more transparent and more personalized at the same time. That is scary if your listing is weak. But it is a huge opportunity if your product is good and your message is clear. The next wave of Amazon selling will not just be keyword optimization. It will be clarity optimization. I'm learning a lot about listing optimization and can't wait to share more with you.
