Today, while I ate, I watched this video on journaling. I really like Ali Abdaal's perspective on why we should journal. He talks about getting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs on paper so we can make decisions that lead to action.
Here’s the video if you want to watch it too:
What stood out to me is that journaling is not about filling pages or having the right prompts. It is about getting thoughts out of your head and onto paper so you can actually see what you are carrying.
When your thoughts stay trapped in your mind, they drain energy. When you put them on the page, they become something you can work with, question, and let go of.
That is why journaling fits so naturally with income without burnout. Clear thinking protects energy. Protected energy supports better decisions. Better decisions compound over time.
Learning lunch reminder for today:
You do not need more hustle.
You might just need a pen and a few honest sentences.
If you journal, what does it help you see more clearly?
