Simple spaces.
Being mindful with money.
Not needing a lot of stuff to feel full.
That part has always come naturally to me.
It feels calm.
Clear.
And grounded.
But I’m noticing something as I build this next layer of my life and business.
Minimalism in business is different.
Because it’s not about what I own.
It’s about what I choose.
And there are so many choices.
So many good ideas.
So many directions that could work.
And if I’m not careful, I can feel myself drift from calm to scattered.
So I’ve been sitting with this quietly and intentionally.
Not trying to do less just to do less.
But at the same time asking myself where I’m adding when I actually need to go deeper with something.
Where I’m reaching for more instead of trusting what’s already working.
I filled in a few sentence starters in my journal this morning:
I don’t need another idea, I need to commit to ________.
Right now, I am overcomplicating ________.
I would feel more calm in my business if I stopped ________.
The one thing I know works, but I avoid doing consistently is ________.
This is what I’m intentionally practicing right now.
Coming back to simple again and again. It’s constant!
Take a minute and fill in just one of those.
You don’t have to share it. But you can if you want to.
We’re not trying to do everything here.
We’re learning how to do what matters to us in this moment a little more clearly.
