Claude released their AI agent in February
And I paused.
Not because I’m stuck, but because I can see that this changes everything.
I was deep in research mode, deciding which AI agent tool to choose, so the timing was perfect!
Up until now, most of us have been using AI only as a chatbot.
Helpful, yes, for sure!
But still manual.
You ask → it responds
One task at a time.
You’re still doing all the work.
AI agents are different.
They’re proactive.
They run workflows.
They connect steps and move things forward for you.
That shift matters becuase we can basically build employees to work for us now.
So I updated the tactics for my next 6 weeks in my 12 Week Year to slow down and build my business the 'modern' way.
I genuinely think this setup time is going to be a game-changer and save me hours of time shortly after.
It's the space where I am documenting everything step by step as I set up Claude and build my first AI agent (Claude Cowork).
I’ll still share snippets here like always, but the daily videos are going there as I build.
