We have the first sprint in just over an hour... Best thing to do before joining:

Consider your goal for the bootcamp
Decide on One Thing to do today
Ensure it's doable in 45 mins

Come to the call, we will lock in and get it done. Then take this into next week's first full week! If you met with me, you've got ideas already for what to do. If you didn't, use this call to get caught up on your setup actions.

If you don't know what to focus on, I'll be able to support you but to get the best of this session, come with 2-3 ideas and I'll help you select what's the best next action for today.

Remember, the aim is movement in the right direction (towards your goal of 1-2k+)

Everything we focus on supports this. Anything else is noise.

If you have questions after the sprint, I'll stick around for 15 mins to chat with anyone who needs help (then I have another call)
