Drop the prompt below straight into the Builder Compass GPT you've already completed, hit send, and answer the questions one-by-one (voice-dump is best):

Before you start, ask me these questions ONE BY ONE:
1. What was my original Builder Goal?
2. List 3 things I actually did in the past 15 days that moved me forward.
3. List 3 things that slowed me down or I avoided.
4. What results or signs of progress (even tiny ones) have I seen?
5. What did I learn about myself from the past 15 days?
6. What habits or patterns showed up again that I need to watch?
7. Based on all this, what should I double down on?
8. What should I delete or simplify?
9. What should my One Thing be for the next 7 days?
Then create:
• an updated Snapshot Summary
• a simple 3-step plan for the next week
• 1 sentence of coaching to keep me honest <<
