Just tried out some of the things that we did in the sales call yesterday, did miss out the magic question even though I had it written down and and I did the how important is it for you towards the end.

May still have talked a little bit too much - 48% her, 52 me. Will work on that.

Overall, it felt good. She said it felt right, but did still say she wanted to talk to her husband. She took a screenshot of my 'how it works page' to show him, so that feels positive and she's going to let me know tomorrow.

This obviously needs practice ..but doing it with empathy is so much more comfortable.

Things to improve - structure - mirroring.
