Looking to partner with a more experienced investor

Hey everyone! I'm looking to partner up with a more experienced investor and JV on a multifamily property. To earn my ownership stake in it I will: Find the deal, help find the funding for it, handle as much of the operator work as possible (with your guidance of course) - the goal being you not having to worry about it nearly as much.
