Lessons Earned, Not Taught
Most of what we know in multifamily didn’t come from books — it came from experience.
What’s one lesson you had to learn the hard way?
Could be:
- Underestimating expenses
- Partner misalignment
- Debt that looked fine… until it wasn’t
- Assuming “we’ll fix it later”
For me, I learned that structure and communication matter just as much as returns.
